Our Machines

We offer a standard range of double-side and single-side machines, which we leverage to provide a tailored solution for your lapping and polishing needs of flat, spherical, or cylindrical parts. Each machine is available in several configurations, with the key factor being the diameter of the satellites. Depending on the quantity of parts to be processed and the treatment specifications, the optimal configuration is selected based on the machine size.

CONCEPTION

The structural components of the machines are designed to combine rigidity and flexibility. Rigidity ensures excellent geometries, while flexibility guarantees optimal surface roughness.
The proven technique of floating platens is used, meaning that the upper platen rests freely on the parts to be processed. This method is well-established, and our strength lies in a very precise pressure regulation system with a tolerance of +/- 100g, with the possibility to achieve even greater precision.
Power transmission is carried out via belts, preventing vibrations that could disrupt the polishing process.

MAINTENANCE

Our machines are designed for minimal and cost-effective maintenance. An automatic lubrication system is in place, and internet connectivity is integrated for remote maintenance. Commercially available parts are over-dimensioned and made from proven materials. To ensure stable operating costs, a maintenance contract can be offered to guarantee this.
